Workshop on Change Management to Improve the Quality of Work for Education Personnel

Bogor, January 14-15, 2022. Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture – IPB University held a Workshop on Change Management to Improve the Quality of Educational Workforce which aims to re-bind the closeness in cooperation between educators (tendik) after the last two years of working years from home (WFH), after the pandemic period has gradually improved and a face-to-face lecture will be held at IPB. This activity took place for two days and one night at Villa Bukit Pinus, Pancawati – Bogor.

The main activity of this workshop is spiritual capital training with trainer Boni Shallehuddin who brings training on giving value to oneself, the next event is a night of intimacy with several performances from groups that have been determined previously, the final event as a binder of close cooperation, namely outbound.
