UKPHT Seminar: Stem Injection Technology and Pestalotiopsis Outbreak
Monday 09 September 2019, the Integrated Pest Management Study Unit (UKPHT) of the Plant Protection Department held two seminars at the same time, the first seminar inviting the Deputy Head of School - School of Agriculture and Food Sciences, University of Queensland, Australia, Prof. Victor Galea, who delivered the seminar entitled "Stem injection technology: a possible solution for tree health" celebrated the second seminar by International Rubber Research and Development Board - Malaysia researcher, Mr. Tajiddin Ismail who delivered a seminar entitled "Pestalotiopsis outbreak in Bumi Rambang plantation - Palembang",
Dr. Suryo Wiyono who acted as moderator. The seminar was held in Ruang Sidang 1 (RS1) of the Plant Protection Department, and was attended by more than 55 participants from S1 to S3 students.
